Found this amazing new resizing technique "Seam Carving" from Dr Ariel Shamir and Shai Avidan of the Efi Arazi. "Seam Carving" is used to change aspect ratio of an image without losing important image content such as human subjects or other details.
The interesting part which attracts my attention is one portion of an image can be removed from the image without perceptible artifacts. It is AMAZING !!!.
